Description

Brand new weld on back brace for a ford 9" rear end housing. The extra strength a back brace offers is highly recommended if you have a ford 9" rear end and have more then 650 horse power. Each side of these back braces are made of a single piece of 1/8" steel. These back braces are cut with the contour of a "large web" ford 9" housing to minimize trimming or extra fabrication normally required when installing a back brace. 36" end to end

	Strengthening Differential Housing
	This brace worked out fine. If you install one, make sure you stress the housing forward before you weld it on as welding one of these will warp the housing. Quality and fit of the brace seems to be very good!

	Very happy with the brace I recieved. Had to perform some minor trimming to make everything lay smooth. If you are cutting a housing make sure you weld this on before you weld on your housing ends because the housing does warp with all the welding.

	Product was as advertised. I did a little minor trimming with an angle grinder to match the contour to my housing then clamped it in place and welded it together.

	Purchased a "Quick Performance" Back Brace for a 9" Rear housing for a customer's '55 chevy pro-street project. The fabricated piece fit perfect.and was the right thickness gauge steel for the job. The part's came packaged and on time. I will be using "Quick Performance Product's" again for future build's.
