When ordering, please provide part number and description. Include all requested information, such as size or length, and any other information needed for the part you are ordering.
 

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement with, the exception of custom orders and out of stock merchandise.
 

Our technical staff is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and orders may be placed 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. For your convenience, our FAX number (515-232-2116) is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

BACK ORDERS
 

You will be notified of any delay or back order and informed of the expected delivery date. We try to avoid back orders; however, it occasionally does occur and your patience is greatly appreciated
 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
 

Any Quick Performance. product suspected of being defective must be returned freight prepaid for inspection. If it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced at no charge, including freight.
 

Any returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a copy of the invoice along with a brief note explaining the reason for return.

No Refunds After 30 Days!!!

Please call for a return goods authorization number before returning any part for credit, exchange or refund. Custom orders are NOT returnable. No returns or refunds on any part that has been altered or changed in any way.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
 

Any shipment that is refused without authorization, will be subject to freight chargebacks and handling fees.

Further, the Seller directs Purchaser to fully examine each enclosed automobile component before installation and use.
